    I just installed X Theme on my site and was trying to verify my product code and it keeps failing. The site is askcoachtom.com. I put the site into my x theme profile and put the domain in. then I copy the purchase code over and it does not work.

    Please connect to FTP, navigate to wp-content/plugins and delete x-shortcodes folder.
