SorenEliasenParticipantI just but a new license for a migrated site – however it seems you are not able to validate the license code.
I’ve done the insert and hit enter – pls guide me as to get it registrered.
Thank you.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Upon checking, I see that you’re using an older version of X theme, so that our validation process will not function correctly. Please download the latest version of X theme and then update it manually (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/) and then you should be able to validate your site.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!December 21, 2016 at 6:00 am #1300398

RadModeratorHi there,
I checked it and configurations are correct and okay. And files have 755 permission which is okay too.
I think the internal server error is related to your hosting provider, I can’t really confirm as it’s not logging any error. Does that mean one.com doesn’t log their errors? I think you should contact them and provide some details on how to reproduce the error because it’s obvious that there is something wrong. I like to help, but what I can do is limited since hosting is not something we can control.
Thanks!
