    Hi there

    I’ve integrated the mailchimp plug in but I’m not seeing any notifications when I test it. Also when I test it, after I submit the email (click the Subscribe button, I get a circle with a line through on my cursor which indicates it hasn’t worked? Just a bit confused! Please would you be so kind as to

    1. advise where I will find a notification that someone has subscribed
    2. Or, test to see if the plugin is working properly.

    Hello, sorry I’ve just worked out how to view your response! It’s http://www.monchiccottage.com. I’ve checked my subscribers in Mail Chimp but my test emails are not showing.

    Hi There,

    I Couldn´t login in your site with the credentials above provided.

    Coul you please confirm if they are correct?

    Also please send us your Mailchimp credentials so we can have a look at your setup.

    ** Seem like we did not get your screenshot.

    Hi there,

    I just checked it and it’s working fine, the network log says the subscription is successful then it redirects to thank you page.

    Please note that subscribers will not appear on your listing until they confirm then subscription. This should confirm their subscription through email.
