Is there a way to get that reassigned to the correct account? When I went to validate the purchase on the WP backend, it said “uh oh” can’t validate that at this time. Is it because I purchased the site with a different envato account?
I don“t see relation between the two facts, of course you need to be well assigned on your Themeco License Pages in order that you can validate the theme on WordPress.
What is the license number? Would like us to free the purchase code from the account you signed so you can sign to a different one?
