Robert MParticipantsite:
https://mpd-dev.pghsyscorp.net/this is a development site I have set up to make sure I fix all the issues with upgrading x theme. I upgraded from version 2.3 to current so it was quite a jump.
Issue one: The menu dropdown on hover is not working for either the submenu, or the sub sub menu.
Issue two: the navbar height which should be 50 pixels, is not 50 pixels. Not sure why as this was imported from previous customizer file.
Issue Three: Child Theme breaking CSS with any customization
We have edited functions.php to add some custom functions which previously worked fine on previous X Theme version.
If I upload this to the child theme it breaks the CSS of the whole website. If I upload any php file it breaks the CSS. I am uploading them to the root child folder “X-Child”
I will upload php and style.css file in private message
I will also include login information for the website.

Robert MParticipantMy issue appears to be not with the @import statement in the css file but rather, when i copy over my functions.php custom code
when i remove the php files in the child theme the site shows up properly
when i put them there the css breaks.

ChristianModeratorLooks like there’s a problem with your SSL setup (see attachment). Please fix that one first as resource might not load thus causing issues. Also, ensure everything is up to date, all cache cleared and give us FTP access.
Thanks.

Robert MParticipantWe have figured out that by siply removing header.php and footer.hp that fixed the broken css problem.
Everything is in order now except for a couple smaller details.
