andrew mParticipantHi!
I’m having issue with the layout of the shop page on my web shop.
For some reason it’s refusing to go full width or at least be laid out in anymore than rows of 2 across. I’ve been through the settings within the Integrity part of the theme, Woocommerce’s settings and looked through the CSS on the website to try and fix the problem but it’s come to no results.
Do you have any information/advice on what to do?

Wordpress Version: 4.5.3
X version: 2.0.1
Woocommerce version: 2.6.2Thanks.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, it seems that you are using a very old version of X.

Since you are several updates behind, I would recommend that you setup a staging site so that you can test out with the latest version of X. To know how to create a staging site, please check out this links:
https://maintainn.com/2015/02/how-to-create-a-staging-site-for-wordpress/
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/X 4.5.2 and Cornerstone 1.2.4 are now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Be advise that X Shortcodes has been discontinued and being replaced. Please deactivate and delete X Shortcodes plugin. Please take note that X shortcodes and its functionality has been consolidated into Cornerstone which you can install by going to X Addons > Extensions.
Please let us know how it goes.

andrew mParticipantYeah I started to put the dots together on realising that we had an old version of X. Thanks for confirming that!
I’m trying to deactivate and delete X – Shortcodes and unfortunately even though I’m getting a message saying “Plug-in deactivated” it’s actually still there with the option to deactivate it, its seemingly stuck.
Any advice on how to hard remove it? As it might be the culprit of the issues as I read in another forum post on the same topic that plug-ins could interfere with each other.
Thanks.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
You can connect through your FTP and delete your X-shortcodes plugin manually, which is under “/wp-content/plugins/x-shortcodes”.
Hope that helps.
