Hi i purchased theme x 2 days ago and so far it seems like one issue after another. So far its been fatal error after fatal error trying to get all the addons activated. Finally i thought siteground had sorted it but my themes menus are not displaying correct which seems to be related to superfly.

I had this final response after 12 hours of being sent to different people to sort :

The issue seems to be caused by the plugin superfly-menu-WyT70O, as it produces multiple errors when I try to disable or enable it

Please re-install that plugin or contact its developers/support for assistance.

I am unsure how to uninstall and reinstall one item ?

Sorry just noticed this message :

I had changed the PHP version back to 7, while I was testing your plugins. It seems parts of your website are not compatible with that version, so I changed it to 5.6.

The WordPress admin is loading normally on my end, now.

Thanks for posting in.

That’s your Ubermenu, what’s appearing are X’s menu features which aren’t applicable for Ubermenu. You can turn off those navbar features from customizer or just switch to X’s menu.
