I have 6 purchased X-Theme licenses, but only 3 are set up/LIVE. I am trying to set up a new site using one of my extra X-Theme’s purchase codes, but it says all of the remaining 3 are already registered.
Help?

Thanks for writing in! You should be able to update Cornerstone if you have X license validated.
Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.If still doesn’t work, please update Cornerstone manually by uploading it to ftp. Please check our our knowledge base to know how: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

However, the issue that I’m having is that when I go to manage my licenses, it only shows 3 as registered. (1st picture)
However, when I try to register one of the other purchase codes I have, it says it’s already registered. (Turns out I have 5 – 2nd picture)
So that’s where I’m stuck, as it keeps re-routing me back to the “Manage” licenses page from the first picture to reassign, however I’m missing 2 licenses in my manager.

If you provide us with a list of all your purchase codes we can trace them and migrate all of them to your primary account. Does that sound like a good plan for you?
It says that it’s validated, however I can’t edit a page. If I try to edit a page using cornerstone, I get the attached screen. (the same one I attached earlier)
That is not an issue with X nor Cornerstone but there’s something in your setup that is causing this as the http://www.growwithtruenorth.com/mastermind/ really is the issue (see attachment). You might have a mastermind directory or folder existing in your server. Please try creating another page.
