Hi, I’ve purchased the extended licence for RS so that I can use this slider shown here https://revolution.themepunch.com/wordpress-header-image-slider/

However, I’ve added it to my home page, but the animated effect isn’t working as expected, you can see it here http://rwaconsulting.co.uk/NEWSITE/ basically as you scroll down the page the slider does not slowly animate out and disappear.

Please help?

Hi There,

Please try uninstalling Revolution Slider and Installing the version that comes bundled with X on Wp Admin > Addons.

They have the same functionalities, you can try to register it with your purchase code.

I’m using that version, the version that comes with your product. All I did was purchased the additional licences via envento and then added the licence key to RS when promoted which then unlocks the premium sliders. Do you need my admin details to login and look at this issue?

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Did you see the original notes above though? The point is the slider should work like this one does as you scroll down the page. Currently mine does not work like that, it does not disappear to a point as you scroll down, that is the issue.Compare the one here https://revolution.themepunch.com/wordpress-header-image-slider/ to mine and you will see the issue (When scrolling down the page). Also mine seems to have a large X symbol at the base of the page.
