Hi –

Before I purchase my next X Theme license, I need to know whether I can provide 2 features for the client. I also need to have an idea how much these features will cost to produce. Please tell me whether you can give me directions to create these features, right here through the support center, or whether I will need custom development. If I do need it, does Themeco offer this kind of custom development service?

The 2 features are:

1) After I create a link with 3 letter ‘A’s side by side; small, medium and large, then you provide code or custom development so that clicking on the small ‘A’ makes all the text on the appear smaller, clicking on the large ‘A’ makes all the text on the site appear larger, and clicking on the middle ‘A’ restores the text to it’s default size.

2) After I create a link for high contrast, then you provide code or custom development so that when the user clicks on this link, the background becomes black and all the text on all the pages becomes white. The link is a toggle switch, so that a second click on it restores the site to its default state.

If payment is required, please give me a cost estimate.

Thanks for writing in.

#1 . I see it happening with a plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/font-resizer/ and you can tweak the appearance a little using Custom CSS

#2. This issue can be solved using a plugin as well : https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-reading-mode/

However, we have not tested this plugin with X theme extensively so we can not be sure about them, these are just suggestions and you might want to give them a try using one of your existing licences.

As far as support is concerned, our support is limited to X theme and its extensions so anything apart from those would be out of our support scope.
