    Hey X team,

    This is a recent problem. Everything was working fine till a few days ago.

    Upon checkout in woo commerce using a credit card, I am getting an internal server error instead of the confirmation message. The payment goes through on the backend in Woocommerce, Stripe also gets the payment, but the message ‘your order has been received’ does not show up at the top of the page upon clicking the ‘Place Order’ button. The Woocommerce template thankyou.php has not been changed and the location has not been changed either.

    I do not have the same issue if I choose to checkout using check payment, that is the Thank you message shows and your order has beeb submitted shows up at the top, letting the customer know the order has been successfully submitted.

    Can you please help. Thank you.

    P.S. I have tried deactivating and reactivating all plugins one by one – nothing happened
    I have also tried unchecking the Ajax option in Woocommerce – nothing happens

    Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Hey Darshana,

    I completely understand that the issue is with a third party plugin, however, WooCommerce is one that is offered with the X theme. I am assuming that also means that you will not provide any support for all the plugins that are offered with the X theme?

    Kindly let me know if this is true.
