    Hi! The live url is http://www.BreakwaterIT.us

    We’ve had this site live & running great. Now I noticed that it appears that the ‘theme’ isn’t showing / is missing & I’m confused as to why.

    When I go to customize -> Stack, I select Renew temporarily (without saving), then back to Integrity & all shows correctly again (screenshot #1 below is what it looks like, #2 is after switching back to Integrity, then saving).

    The problem is that once I go out of the customization area, it’s not actually saved (Yes I cleared my browser cache & I still have the same issues).

    Please help. Thanks!!

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Since you’re now using the latest version of WordPress, please update the X|Theme and all the plugins as well.

    After you update your X|Theme, Install the Cornerstone under Addons panel (just navigate to that panel and x will automatically install the Cornerstone).

    Then deactivate and delete the x-shortcodes, Cornerstone is taking over for X – Shortcodes, which you can read much more about here in detail. Then clear your browser’s cache and any caching plugin that the site might have.

    You can follow the guide provide here: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/updating-from-3-2-5-to-most-recent-version-of-x/#post-767768 you can skip the updating of WordPress since it was already up to date.

    But before you do that, keep a screenshot of your customizer settings, menus, and sidebars (since you might not able to import those on new version of x|Theme). Keep a full backup of your site as well just to play safe.

    Yes, I already tried to update the theme (active plug-ins have already been updated), but when I click on the update button, it says that it’s supposed to update automatically on your end (now that it’s connected). How long does that usually take on your end to update?

    Kindly follow the steps by Friech. I can see you are still using X Shortcodes that you should remove from your site and update theme.
