Hi,

Chrome & Firefox are flagging mixed content security issue. Specifically Integrity 1 background image is listed, directing to demo.theme.co http URL (which also gives a 500 server error). In looking at Customizer Layout & Design settings, there is no background image selected, only background color. I could use your help to resolve –

1. If the background image is not necessary, could you help direct me to location so I can remove it? I cannot see the image anywhere in settings or files.

2. If background image is necessary, could you please provide a working URL with the image? Ideally I would download the image, upload to my server and serve it locally.

3. I get 2 identical errors for the image. Not sure why that’s the case. Any guidance would be appreciated

4. Extra-credit: I have a video running on the homepage (per Integrity 1 theme), but it is served via HTTP and not HTTPS. What’s the best way to fix that without messing with SliderRevolution template which is running the video?

1&2] To resolve the background image issue, simply go to your customizer, Appearance > Customize > Layout & Design > Background Options and add a background image. You can remove it afterwards. This steps is crucial to update the background image being set since you have used a demo content and its settings. Doing so would removed and reset it back to a blank or no background image.

Thanks for writing in.

The background is not necessary, it’s part of the demo which you can remove by resetting the background setting. Go to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Layout and Design and add background image and pattern then save it. Once saved, remove the added background image and pattern and save it again. That process should reset the background setting.

As for the video, I checked and it’s part of the slider, you can do the same, remove the video and save it, then add it again and save it.

Some URL aren’t update when switching from http to https, hence, some needs re-adding.
