this link might work better, I did find out how to create the transparent menu bar… is there a way to create a horizontal scroll ?

The navigation on those sites requires a custom development. Regretfully, this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
