hecubus1stParticipantHello,
On your integrity 1 demo, over the video of the surfing girl, 4 colored columns pop up, each with a demo type listed (integrity, renew, icon, ethos.) I have been trying to figure out how to replicate that though with my own text and different images but I’m having a difficult time doing so. Is there a tutorial somewhere that explains how you did that?
Your help is appreciated.
Thank you.

RupokMemberHi there,
We have used four image within the slider as individual layer. I can’t see such image on your slider. You just need to place the images.
Cheers!

hecubus1stParticipantMy issue is trying to get the workspace of the rev slider to be big enough in order to do that. I can’t see the entire workspace when I’m editing the slider so having those image elements animate from the bottom up like it is on your integrity 1 demo is difficult because I can’t see the entire canvas. Is there a way to expand the canvas of the slider in order to see more of it while I edit it?
And thanks for taking a look.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! The best view you can have specially in viewing the canvas is to do the editing of your slider in a bigger screen. With a wide screen you can preview all the different screen sizes. If you are working in a laptop, your view would be limited to the screen size lower than the resolution of the laptop. For instance, in a bigger screen, this is my view: http://prntscr.com/d6xpf5. I could see the bounds of the canvas (blue dash line).
Hope this explains it.

hecubus1stParticipantWell, I’m on a 4k monitor on a 2015 mac pro. My canvas size looks to be the same as yours. I probably just don’t get how the rev slider works.
So I have all of my new image elements in the slider but I can’t tell how they look because when I select one, the others disappear. I THINK they’re all the same size and I THINK they all look about the same height, but I can only see one at a time so it’s very hard to tell. Plus when I preview it on my site, only one image element on the slider appears and then it disappears just as soon as I see it. I want it to all look just like your integrity 1 demo but I’m not succeeding at all.
Here’s your demo… http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/
Would you mind going in and taking another look at the slider? I’m simply having a difficult time trying to figure out what I’m not doing correctly.

hecubus1stParticipantHi,
I know you guys are probably busy, but I was wondering if you’ve had a chance to take a look at the rev slider on my site yet (it’s the vimeo hero slider). When I load my page I can see those image elements start to appear, but then they vanish just as quickly. And they don’t seem to animate nearly as smoothly as the image layers as seen in your slider on your integrity 1 demo site.
As always, thanks for your help.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for clarifying. I can see the images now. Since you have set very small duration time so it was nearly invisible – http://prntscr.com/d7fw9v
Kindly set the wait and duration properly to get expected result. Let’s follow the Revolution Slider Documentation documentation for help.
Cheers!

hecubus1stParticipantI’ve read the information about the layer sorting (z-axis) which is section 3.3 in the documentation and that seems to indicate that as long as the colored layers are situation on top of the video layer, they should pop in. But this is not happening unfortunately. They remain hidden when I actually try to view them in several browsers.
