Hello
I’m using the Blog Subscriptions widget on my header widgets area because I find it to be nicer than the forms mailchimp can create on its end. However, I don’t know whether its possible and if so how to send those emails to my list on mailchimp. How to integrate both.

You should use mailchimp widget if you want subscribers information in your mailchimp account.

Let’s say I choose to use the one I’m using because it looks nicer.
Where can I retrieve the emails submitted through this one, so as to manually add them to my mailchimp list?

I don’t think I’m using Jetpack widget… I did a trial and the email doesn’t show where the article tells me to check, and also, the word Jetpack is not part of the name of the widget.
Here, a screen capture for you to check
I just want to retrieve the email adresses that get added with that widget.

This widget is part of the Jetpack Modules (http://prntscr.com/bwf8i8).
This is not part of X theme.

You can enable/disable it in Jetpack > Settings:
