Ngan HParticipantHello I have also having a problem with my copy of X-theme. The site was on a development site and recently moved to my active site. However since the move I cannot install any of the X-theme special plugins.
Message: Error encountered. Details –> No package provided.
I have seen a number of other users have the same issues but trying the simple fixes does not seem to work.
I have the most up to date version of wordpress, x-theme and cornerstone installed.I have attempted to change from the child theme to the X-Theme and back.
I do have the site registered. Not sure what to do next.

LelyModeratorHello Everyone,
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your active site and add your development site. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4]**** Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Hope this helps.
