    My site has been moved to another hosting provider but it seems that the validation is OK – as it is the same URL. When I try to install Revolution Slider I get following message:

    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method TCO_1_0::check_ajax_referer() in /home/myusername/ public_html/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/addons/modules/class-addons-extensions.php on line 43

    and the plugin does not install.

    I have updated to WordPress 4.6.1, updated to latest Theme X however the error is persisting in debug log.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – cPanel credentials

    Please re-validate X then check again. If that doesn’t help, please deactivate all your third party plugins while we investigate.

    I see you have two X themes installed also, I’ve deleted the inactive one. Please try inserting your purchase code again. If that doesn’t help, please contact your web host (see Contact your host section) in the link provided previously.

    I see your Cornerstone version is old. I’ve deleted it and went to Addons so it would be automatically installed by X. That fixed the issue and you can now install the plugins.
