    I had fresh installation of my wordpress and X theme. I am trying to install RevSlider from Xtheme but it prompt me error message “Error encountered. Details”. And clink on the detail link, give me nothing.

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hello There,

    Thank you for providing the information. I have tried installing the Slider revolution plugin. It took a while and yet it is now installed.

    We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line
    /*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

    Hi..
    Thanks for repply, but still wont work.

    I try to install from X, after finish installing will link me to activate it, but the plugin not showing,
    I check the folder from wp-content, it not install at all.

    Hi there,

    I have installed couple of extensions (MailChimp, Under Construction) and I was able to activate it through Plugins section within your WordPress backend.

    Also I have verified through FTP, that those files are under (“/wp-content/plugins/”).

    Let us know if you have any issues with a particular plugin or X extension.

    Yes, the problem is only Slider Revolution and Layer slider can’t install into my wordpress. The other I can install it without problem.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the updates. Please ask assistance from your hosting provider. You need to increase the PHP Post Max size upload limit to at lease 64MB and also increase the PHP time limit.

    Please let us know how it goes.
