I have recently installed the X theme onto my wordpress, but when I go into customizer to edit it, the theme does not show up (just shows a blank page). I have tried to fix it, but can’t figure out how. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Kyler,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi There,

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Hi Kyler,

Did you intended to place the site files inside a sub-folder named wp-admin.

As I can see your actual live site is still empty http://www.onlinemarketingmethod.com/ and you have your x|theme here: http://onlinemarketingmethod.com/wp-admin/

If that is intended please move your file to another folder and don’t named it as wp-admin

Or installed the x|theme on your actual live site, and work in there.
