    I just bought X theme and on installing the theme I get the attached message.

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please make sure to upload x.zip file from your theme package and not the zip file downloaded from the Themeforest downloads page. You can also refer to the steps outlined in our theme installation knowledge base article.
