    Hello,

    I have tried twice, with the same result, to upload the theme to wordpress. The theme loads at 100%, but then goes to a screen that says: Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again. (I attached a screenshot of this error page)

    What are the options for fixing/installation when this message appears?

    Hi Nicole,

    Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you’re uploading the x.zip file and not the x_package.zip?

    The message that says “Are you sure you want to do this?”, most likely your web server is configured with PHP settings that are too low to allow the theme ZIP file to upload. Specifically, PHP is configured to a maximum file upload size limit at 8 megabytes or less. The theme ZIP is about 11.4 megabytes in size. Thus, the web server is rejecting the upload. WordPress is giving you a rather ambiguous message in response. This is not a theme fault or bug.

    There two ways to solve this problem; you can either get your web host to increase your PHP upload and memory limits. Or you can upload your theme via an FTP client.

    To upload the X|Theme manually via FTP. Extract the x.zip file first and upload the extracted x folder on /wp-content/themes/ directory of your WP installation.

    If you need further assistance on installing the x|theme, please provide us login credentials (wp-admin and FTP) on private reply.

    Hi,

    I was uploading the x_package.zip in order to get the extensions with the theme.

    Are you suggesting that each extension needs to be uploaded separately? I can see them when I extract the x_package.zip under the folder “extensions”

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    You have to upload x.zip file in order to install the theme to WordPress. You don’t need to upload X_package.zip file as this file will automatically uploaded to your theme and you will get all the extensions directly to the theme.
