    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please delete it first to make sure that there is no other x folder. When you try to install the theme again, please make sure that you are uploading the correct zip file which is the x.zip.

    With regards to refund:
    All sales are handled through ThemeForest, and their parent company Envato handles all refund requests. You can read more about their process here.
