    Hi,

    We can’t access your wordpress dashboard because of the php error.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – FTP host
    – FTP Port
    – FTP username
    – FTP password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    It seems you are not using the X theme currently. To check the issue, we have to activate the X theme on your site. We are unable to activate it without your permission. Would you mind activating it first? We’d be happy to assist you with further help.

    When I activate it, it crashes everything. That’s the problem. It just did it again. I’ll have to contact the hosting company and have them reset the WP dashboard again.

    Okay, I’ve connect via FTP and deleted the theme. You have my permission to log in, install my license and activate it. Please let me know if you need additional information.

    Hello There,

    I have install X and Cornerstone in your site. At the moment, it cannot be validated using the license code. This looks like a brand new purchase code that hasn’t been added to your account yet. Login to your existing account to be able to add a new license code or register a new username using the license code to continue.

    And before you can validate your site, please do the following:
    1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the updates! It could the version of X installed or that the license code has some extra character when pasted in the field. Glad that this issue has been resolved now.
