    Hi,
    I’m working on my site and after watching a video on used Revolution Slider I wanted to install it. However when I go to the x addons page mysite/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home

    and try and install the plugin it gives me an error – Error Encountered – No Package Provided.

    X-theme is registered and updating automatically but I tried installing different addons and they all come up with the same error.

    Hosting is by themeco.

    Please help. Thankx

    Hello There,

    Hi There,

    Login to your WP site admin dashboard and navigate to Addons panel. Scroll down to the bottom and press the revoke validation, then re-validate it again.

    If this does not work, please provide us login credentials in private reply so we can take a closer look.
