    I have a question about the use of “child theme”.

    I already created the web site using the theme X (no child). Can I install and activate the “child theme” without clearing all the work done?

    How do I enter the code for the WPML language selector in the child theme?

    Hi there,

    Before activating child theme, export customizer settings and after activating child theme, import parent customizer settings file.
    In case you have modified x’s core files, please move them to you child theme.

    In regards with WPML language selector, where would you like to add it?

    Hi there,

    Customizer Import/Export section is under X Addons menu within your WordPress backend.
