    Hello

We have The Grid showing an instagram feed. We previously used one Instagram account and all was good. We have now changed it to a different account and regenerated all the access tokens etc but it keeps displaying ‘No content was found for the current username(s) and/or hashtags’.

There are def posts in the instagram account and we are not filtering it by any hashtags. I have created new Instagram apps with new client id’s and new access tokens, but it still does not display.

Is there something else we need to do?

    Using
    Wordpress version:4.6.1
    X Version:4.6.2
    Cornerstone Version: 1.3.2
Site Url: http://mayfairlane.com.au/ (please note, not currently showing as it is a live site)

    Thank you

    Hi There,

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

Please also check the suggestions here:https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/the-grid-plugin-problem-with-instagram/page/2/

If it still doesn’t work, please do share your credentials on a private reply so we can check further.

We have just tried using the Essential Grid plugin and it works in there, just not in the Grid. So there must be something not quite right with that plugin.
