Hi There
So almost there with the website. I’ve had a problem that I have been trying to solve for the last few months – the website on initial load is very slow. Once it has loaded it works perfectly!
I’ve optimised images, performed updates, installed W3 caching… moving sub folders to root, gone through errors with error console (think I got them all). I’m completely stuck! Would love any advice if you can help! Will post website on next feed.

After reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you.
