    Hello, How can I increase the space below the header and the first post on my site (growcfoonline.com)?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.

    .x-container.offset {
  margin: 100px auto 2.75em;
}

    You can change 100px value to your preferred value.
