vchangParticipantDear X-Theme Support:
I’d appreciate your help with the following problems with our website http://www.AlphaScienceLabs.com using X-Theme Version: 4.6.0 in WordPress 4.5.3
1) We’re having a problem with an incorrect Home Page loading randomly on our website http://www.AlphaScienceLabs.com. The home page which should load is http://www.alphasciencelabs.com/?v=3e8d115eb4b3 , however, as shown in the attached pdf, a different page that includes a “website under construction” statement randomly loads sometimes. The result is the same on different browsers even when all browser cache is cleared. Sometimes, when the wrong page appears, we can eventually get the right one to appear by repeatedly refreshing the browser. But it is very random in nature and we can’t seem to find the actual webpage that is appearing by mistake anywhere in WordPress.
2) We want our page permalinks to show the following… http://www.alphasciencelabs.com/%postname%/ However, when saving this setting none of the page permalinks change. As an example, a page still shows as… http://www.alphasciencelabs.com/demo-home-2/education/?v=3e8d115eb4b3
3) When viewing our woo-commerce shop home page http://www.alphasciencelabs.com/shop/ the first page of displayed products are properly shown in an alphabetically sorted manner; however, when you click through to any following pages of sorted products (i.e. 13-24, 25-36, etc.) the products that appear are no longer sorted alphabetically.
I would appreciate any help to fix these important issues!
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Looks like due to cache, and adding this ?v=3e8d115eb4b3 bypass it.
1. It works on my end as it always redirects it to http://www.alphasciencelabs.com/?v=a25496ebf095. I cleared your cache, would you mind checking it again? Or perhaps provide some instruction on how I can reproduce the issue on your screenshots.
2. Are yu referring to this ?v=3e8d115eb4b3 ? It’s added by one of your plugins, please try disabling all your plugins and see if that fixes it. Buf if you’re referring to /demo-home-2/education/ then simply edit your Education page and removes it parent page.
3. It’s not sorted by alphabets, https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/ It is sorted by “custom ordering + name”.
Any product with the product number 0 will display before 1. By default, all products are assigned 0.
It decides which order, but it only happens that the first page matches how the alphabets are being ordered.
Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates! I am another staff checking on this thread!
1] It seems that you are using an older version of WooCommerce. Please make sure that you have the latest WooCommerce version which is at least 2.6.3
2] It doesn’t mean that if you have SEO plugin and your site is indexed in Google will automatically land you in Google search. It would take some time before your site will appear in search results. For now, you will have this:

Hope this helps.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
You could also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
It could also be an issue with your Membership plugin. You can temporarily disable this and test your site.
