    Would you mind providing a video recording? I uploaded image two times and I saved customizer, they work okay. I need to see the steps you’re doing 🙂

    There are issues with your WordPress setup. Please reset your htaccess and also completely remove your security and caching plugin then test again.

    Please scan your site particularly the wp-content folder and wp-config.php file for folders, files, and code related to third party plugins.

    This is not an issue with X nor Cornerstone but has something to do with your setup. It would be best to do a complete re-install or start WordPress from scratch.
