ichibanjParticipantHi, I have built pages which work absolutely fine and then randomly certain images don’t display for some reason. Can you please check why this might be?
Example here http://masseyagents.ac.nz/prospectuses/
Will provide login details in next comment.

RupokMemberHi there,
Some of the images are not loading due to internal server error – http://prntscr.com/cn8z66
It might happen typically due to security settings or permissions errors with the server. For this particular situation, you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to ensure that your file permissions are set correctly. Additionally, this could be related to a ModSecurity rule being triggered due to a combination of keywords used in the core WordPress files for the Customizer. This should be able to be remedied by writing into the support team at your host and asking them to whitelist the ModSecurity rules on your domain.
Please let us know how it goes.

ichibanjParticipantI see how this happened now. The urls go to where the site USED to be. It’s now moved domains. I did an import using WordPress’s importer and also imported the X settings across.
I’ve fixed it up now so you can close this ticket, but fyi for you guys there is something not right about the import process. Seems like Cornerstone may be hardcoding in urls of images so they aren’t updated when the site is moved to a new domain.

RupokMemberHi there,
Not sure how did you change the URL. You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/ to change the URL from database as well.
Cheers!
