Aqu1verParticipantHello there
I’ve got another issue with background images this time. They disappeared from pages and posts after last update. Looking for assistance please.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your website I can see background image on pages. So note sure what you are referring. Make sure to clear your browser’s cache as you have updated and then try again.
Cheers!

Aqu1verParticipantI use windows 7. Tested on Laptop, Desktop, Tablet, Mobile (Wi-Fi and Mobile Data) Browsers: Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Safari, Samsung browser. Still same effect( attachments). Weird: on Cornerstone displays correctly.
Check also Contact and Partnership page, image should be in the background.June 7, 2016 at 12:30 pm #1030301

NicoModeratorHi There,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

Aqu1verParticipantI’ve done that before I’ve started this thread. This issue started after last X update.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please keep all third party plugins except those come with x disable. In case you have custom JS code, please remove it while we’re investigating.
Thanks.
