    I have 2 images that I’m attempting to upload to my site but I keep getting the same error when importing to both sites. Please advise how I can resolve.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the clarifications! I have tried uploading an image and I do not have any issues. Please make sure that you have uploaded the correct image format. The valid image format is only .jpg, .png or .gif. If you have the image in other format, you must convert it to the correct image format. And please do make sure that your image file is not corrupted so that it can be uploaded correctly.
