    Hi, my main header image on the homepage is not showing up on mobile.

    I can’t figure out whats wrong with the image file since any other image instead works.

    Any chance you can point me into the right direction?

    I have checked your site with mobile device and the image shows fine. I am attaching a screenshot from my end.

    Interesting. on my iphone and on the google mobile emulator it does not show up.

    What could be the reason for this?

    Another support staff here and your image shows up fine on my phone and tested on an emulator also (see attachment).

    Since this shows up on our end, regretfully, we have no way to investigate this. The issue might be with your device or connection to your site.
