ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please add responsive text element under cornerstone settings tab. Define selector, minimum and maximum font sizes.
Add responsive text selector without predot
h-responsein headline’s class field.e.g:
Responsive selector :
.h-response
Headline class :h-responseIn regards with image, please provide us with URL of page in question.
Thanks.

RupokMemberHi there,
I have grabbed your credentials from the other thread. I can’t see any responsive text rather you are using a fixed font-size – http://prntscr.com/cjfw94
Kindly remove this and use a Custom Headline instead where you can apply Responsive Text.
Hope this helps.

Tracy NParticipantCan you please direct me on how to do this?
September 18, 2016 at 10:29 am #1180229
RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. I have already stated that you need to use Custom Headline. As you said you did that already but I can’t see anything like that. So now what can I do is add this to your site. I have added an example below the text that you can check. Don’t forget to check the responsive text from settings tab – http://prntscr.com/cjg4s3
You also need to remove the below code that you have added :
h1, .h1 { font-size: 3em !important; }Hope this makes sense.

RupokMemberHi there,
I have already added the text just below the existing text so you need to follow this and remove the existing text. As I already done it for you so there should not be any confusion. Kindly follow the previous reply carefully and make sure to remove the code you added as I mentioned above.
To understand the Responsive Text better; you can follow this – http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/responsive-text/

Tracy NParticipantThanks. I think I’ve done it right. But, the text is not as big as i would like it which is why had added the 200% originally. also, the image still isn’t responsive.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. Unfortunately you are not doing it right at all. Your selector is .h-responsive but you added a class like
[custom-head]– http://prntscr.com/cjhetcThat should not be class name and you should not use such format as it’s a shortcode format. Also you have again added it within Text Element where I had add this within Custom Headline and suggested to do so.
I have again adding the Custom Headline. Please spend a few minutes and keep the Custom Headline I have added instead of changing this again rather remove the text you have added (it’s on top).
Also the image seems responsive as it’s set background-size:cover which will give you best responsiveness.
Note that it’s already done that you are trying to achieve so further customizations from here would be getting into custom development, which is outside the scope of support we can offer. If you need more in depth changes, you may wish to consult with a developer. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding.

Tracy NParticipantThanks, so much. The custom headline actually was not showing up on my end at all which is why my confusion. Just saw it and adjusted and came back to say “AHA! Now I get it!” and saw your message. I appreciate your help very very much! Thank you!
