Hi There,

I’m stuck as I have installed bbpress and buddy press from Theme X and now I’m not able to access the admin functions of the site, also cornerstone is hanging when it loads.

Could you please advise if there is a way to deal with this? I can’t unselect the plugins as I cannot get to the dashboard. The forum has some references to increasing memory size, however I have done that and it still hasn’t worked.

I’ve also tried removing all files not related to wp-content and have copied new ones as I read that as a solution too.

Any help would be great.

Hi there,

Please connect to FTP and enable debugging mode by adding following code in wp-config.php file :

define('WP_DEBUG', false);

Refresh the page and you should see some errors.

Please provide us with URL, login and FTP credentials in private replay.

Hi,

It looks like your wordpress files are corrupted.

Can you try re-uploading all wordpress files except wp-config.php

Hi There,

I’ve done this and was prompted to get install wordpress again, got as far as connecting to the database and then it said there was already an install.

When I go to the site, I can see it again, however when I try to go to the dashboard to edit things I still get a bland page.

Any other ideas?
