How do I use iLightbox? https://theme.co/x/features/ilightbox/

It says that it’s included, I’ve seen this documentation: http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/responsive-lightbox/#

I have no idea how to use this and I don’t see it anywhere is the Add-ons section. Is it not included in my version of X?? I’m running version 4.6.4.
