I cannot get the Iframe to work as responsive on this URL: http://7f4.f51.myftpupload.com/live-rates/

On the old website, it allows you too scroll, which is found here: http://advisorsinsuranceagency.com/live-rates/

You can scroll on desktop but not on mobile.

Any suggestions?
