aaron_softwarepromotionsParticipantHello,
I am currently seeing a font display issue in IE. Within Edge, Chrome, Firefox or any other browser I’m not seeing this problem.
I have attached a few screenshots.
Any idea whey this is happening?
I’m using the newest version of X. Just updated.
Thanks and I look forward to your reply.

FriechModeratorHi Aaron,
Thanks for writing in! To assist you with this issue, we’ll first need you to provide us with your URL.
In the meantime if it is a custom font, please re-upload a fresh copy of your font files (woff, svg, eot, ttf,) to make sure that your font files are not corrupted. And please let us know what version of IE you’re having the issue.
Cheers!

aaron_softwarepromotionsParticipantThe URL is https://www.softwarepromotions.com
As for the font, I am not sure if we host those.

ChristianModeratorHey Aaron,
I checked your site in IE and I don’t see an error (see attachment). Can you tell us what version of IE you’re using?
Thanks.

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
Can you please let us know what version of IE and OS you’re testing on so we can try to reproduce the issue on our end. I checked your site in IE and still not able to see any error regarding fonts.
Thanks!

aaron_softwarepromotionsParticipantSorry about that, I should have sent that over.
I am on Windows 10 Pro version 1511 OS Build 10586.318 64-bit
IE 11.306.10586.0
It looks like I have the same version of IE as you.
When you test on your end, can you have the F12 developer tools open and then browse my site to see if you get any errors.
If I browse my site first and then hit F12, I don’t see errors in the console.
Thanks and I look forward to your reply.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Still the same. Loaded and reloaded a couple of times and still no errors (see attachment).
It looks like the issue is in your browser or computer. If you have IE browser addons or extensions, please disable them.
Thanks.

aaron_softwarepromotionsParticipantOkay. I guess something on my end is blocking those fonts from deploying in that browser.
Thank you for your help.
