I have two keys registered on the same domain but for two different sites in two different subdirectories. I need to unregister one, but the account page only shows the domain, not the subdirectories.

How can I find out which key is registered to which subdirectory site? Thanks.

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! You can manage your license in your Themeco account. Please do the following.

1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

Hi – the site I need to revoke is using 4.3.4 and I don’t see the screen above at x addons>home – I see knowledgebase / training / child themes / demo content etc. Any other way ? Thanks in advance. Chris

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing back. You will see X Addons menu or X Addons > Product validation. Both are same. Kindly update your theme to latest version first.

    Cheers!

Hi – I updated theme, revoked license. In my account dashboard here though, still can’t identify which license got revoked. Doesn’t show any different and still shows just the subdomain, not the subdirectories.

    Hi there,

You can use the same purchase code for the sub directories and you don’t need different license key for that. And you can identify the associated license from Themeco account page not from the WordPress Dashboard. Let’s see here – https://community.theme.co/users/wrightee/licenses/

    Cheers!
