jcmckay3ParticipantHi there,
I just installed the x child theme and upon doing so, all of my x-icons are showing up blank. There is no icon in the middle of them. When I go to edit the page in cornerstone, they show up just fine, but when I visit the website, they are just blank icons. Please help!

I’ve attached a screenshot of how the page looks in cornerstone.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Boomer

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
In the meantime, please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Cheers!

jcmckay3ParticipantHi Friech,
I figured it out. It wasn’t pulling the icon link(s) from the parent directory. The style.css sheet was simply putting /…/…/fontawesome…/ etc. I updated the url(s) from the parent theme and it works just fine. Thanks again for getting back to me.
