ChristianModeratorHey there,
1. The Ajax animation will only work in the shop page. Could you give us the link to your shop page.
2. You’re using Ubermenu. Our demos doesn’t use menu plugins and CSS is required if you’ll be using Ubermenu. Regretfully, customizing Ubermenu falls outside the scope of our support. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/
3. There’s Javascript issues in your backend. Please clear all caches and deactivate all third party plugins and customizations and check again. If it doesn’t help, keep third party plugins and customizations disabled while we investigate.
4. Which sidebar or widget are you working on and give us the URL of the page you like it displayed.
Thanks.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in!
1] Please deactivate UberMenu. This will allow you to use the default menu the same as the demo site. You must create a custom menu though. To do it, please check out this article from our knowledge base: https://community.theme.co/kb/wordpress-custom-menus/
2] The Ajax animation when you add a cart is only available in the shop or archive page. In your site you were not able to see it because there is tho add to cart button in the first place. The main reason for this is because most of your products has a variation and you need to select these variations of a product before you can add to cart. Please try to add a simple product and I’m sure the animation will appear as soon as you click on the add to cart button in the shop page.
3] The cart in the menu can be change or customize in the customizer. Simply go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Nav Menu. Once it is enabled, you will have several options and choices on how the cart menu would look like in your front end.
Hope this helps.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
#1 It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
#2 Please disable ‘BulletProof Security Pro’ and ‘W3 total cache’ plugins, then enable cornerstone for different post types under cornerstone settings.
Hope it helps.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I see 403 error in your site console, see the attachment. We have found that this is typically due to security settings or permissions errors with the server. For this particular situation, you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to ensure that your file permissions are set correctly. This could be related to a ModSecurity rule too. This should be able to be remedied by writing into the support team at your host and asking them to whitelist the ModSecurity rules on your domain.
Hope it helps.
