I want to use text in the image logo, what is the recommended image size (in px) and whether there is a separate image that can be used for mobile phones and tablets as I am using text?
Another question on the logo, Im currently using text only (no image). Is it possible to add text below the text logo like a sub-title? The current text logo is the name of the site that I dont want to write in public.
Just to give an example, lets say the text logo is GAMER and I want to add under it in smaller text size ‘gaming 24 hours a day.’

You can either use an image logo or one line of text. So if you need to add two lines then I’d suggest to create this as image and use as image logo. There is no recommended size as it will depend on your Navbar height but usually it could be like 300×100 or 250×80 or similar in dimension.

Thanks. Will the image size be reduced on mobile devices or tablets? If yes, as I am using text is it possible to create a different image size, one for mobile and one for tablets?

This happens on X Theme as well.
I wouldn´t say that is the best thing in terms of layout, usually people try to avoid that.
Would you mnind sharing your website? If you can´t please provide a screenshot.
But if you go to Appereance > Customizer > Header and adjust the link spacing, or add to many links to your menu that will also happen.
