ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Are you referring to notification box that links you to cart page? If so, it only displays in shop page and it won’t appear if you add woocommerce shortcodes.
Hope it helps.

JPParticipanti am referring to this icon that is placed over shop for a few seconds after an item is added. see screenshot 🙂

RupokMemberHi there,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

RupokMemberHi there,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Also if you have any custom CSS/JS, take them off for a while to test.
Thanks

JPParticipanti removed the custom CSS and it worked. oddly it worked after put it all back. Could you please check if it works for you as well now?

JPParticipantOK – so it works on the shop but not on the homepage
myeternalbeauty.com
It seems linked to CSS in customiser. any idea what this is? I removed code and put it back and it seemed sporadic to me but i think that may be cache issue

LelyModeratorHi There,
By default, Ajax confirmation is only available on product archive pages. If you want this to be sitewide, please followvthis thread:https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/no-ajax-confirmation-on-add-to-cart-on-homepage-using-shortcode/#post-372830
Hope this helps.
