    I want to run an update as cornerstone is experiencing problems. It says I need to validate X theme but my web developer has gone awol and I could not get the API validation key from him.

    I therefore purchased a new x theme license and have a new product key. How can i validate so that I can have the latest version along with all updates?

    when i try it says a product key already exists. help please.
