    I revoked one site that wasn’t being used and now I’m unable to validate my site. I’ve tried multiple times with different domains, just to try and get it to work. Please help.

    Hello There,

    Makes sure you have followed these steps:

    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    If that does not work would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Purchasde Code

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hey There,

    The site is now validated. I removed the domain from the license and did a auto assign by entering the purchase code into the validation field.

    I just realized that it says the current version is 4.5.2 but the latest version is 4.6.4. When I go to update my themes and plugins, I don’t see any option for X Theme. Is there a reason for this, or do I need to manually update every time?

    Hi there,

    You can check the update from Dashboard > Updates. Note that update dashboard is only available in network admin as you are using multi site. And also the update is only available if the theme is active.
