    Hi,

    I moved my site from staging to live and now I can’t validate license. I read the forums but I don’t see where to revoke my API key. Please help.

    Hi There,

    Please do the following:

    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    I don’t have an option to revoke the validation, (please see screen shot)

    I’ve read in your forums that there should be a revoke link below the “X” logo but I don’t have one.

    In my X Theme account I’ve tried assigning the new site to the license and also unassigning and it doesn’t seem to matter from the dashboard in WordPress. I cannot revoke, it won’t accept my license or purchase code, and now I can’t update anything.

    Hi Aaron,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Envato Purchase Code

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    And can you please give me the details on how you fix the issue?

    I use your theme on 2 other sites and am having the same issue after migrating from staging area to live site.

    Hi there,

    Please update your X theme and Cornerstone plugin manually, by downloading the latest X theme from your themeforest account. Then your validation process should work. Also please disable any 3rd party plugins before validating.

    I manually updated X Theme to version 4.6.0 but I’m still not able to validate the license and therefore unable to update plugins and also I can’t use the add-ons.

    Please help me.

    Nevermind, It’s activated. Deactivating the plugins did the trick. Thank you.
