I have read all posts on slider revolution installation but none of them have helped me.

I have tried to install it in wordpress using the install button on x-theme. but it never works. Have download the theme to try and install slider revolution plug in manually from framework/plugin folder but I couldn’t find it there.

Hi There,

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

And try to install it again.

I have changed the memory limit but still can’t install slider revolution.

The most common reason for the MySQL server has gone away error is that the server timed out and closed the connection.
