    For cooperonmedia.com I am trying by entering both the the purchase codes for X that I have purchased. Neither is validating. I don’t know why I have to validate, these codes were already validated.

    Thanks for writing in! Please navigate to your Manage Licenses page here: https://community.theme.co/my-account/ and make sure the correct license is assign to the correct site (URL).

    After you confirmed that, please revoke and re-validate the site by following the guide here.
